What we do
Oasis Counselling Services provides a sensitive, professional, and confidential Counselling Service working within the Ethical Guidelines as defined by The Association of Christian Counselling (ACC). To view the ACC Ethics and Practice, please go to https://www.acc-uk.org
Initially we offer you an Initial Assessment where we discuss with you the reasons you have come for counselling. When you commence your counselling, we initially offer you 6 sessions. Near the end your sessions we will review and if required we will contract for more sessions with you.
All our Counsellors are professionally qualified and accredited registered and have some years of counselling experience. We offer both Person Centred and Integrated Counselling. We will give you the opportunity to explore your issues in a non-judgemental way, with empathy and understanding. Our main aim is that you feel heard and at ease to talk with us.
What we can help with
We all Experience difficulty in our lives when events and relationships can become challenging. Talking to a trained professional and feeling you are being heard can be helpful at these difficult times.
Oasis offers a quiet, private, confidential space.
We offer both face to face counselling and counselling via zoom. We also offer Couple Counselling

Donations
Oasis requires donations to allow us to offer our service at a low cost and to enable us to run the service for those who are finding life challenging.
Oasis has a sliding scale donation system which is. based on what you earn and what is affordable to each client.
Minimum donation is £10 per session.
We do not withhold counselling where there is a financial difficulty.
